Deposits and final payments can be made by check or money order and if needed, we offer paypal as a credit card service. The class fee does not include accommodations, travel or meals.

We kindly ask that for amounts over $300, you DO NOT use PAYPAL. Please call us at 505-984-1991 to discuss other credit card options. If convenient, you may mail your check or money order to the address above. Thank you!

deposit

Deposits are possible with check or money order for 3-day classes only for $300. A deposit for each workshop is due at least one month prior to the workshop in order to confirm your participation at the early-bird rate. all payments can be paid via paypal (and a credit card) or by mailing a check. deposit amounts are listed on the registration forms and payment pages on this site. confirmation, location and hotel information will be sent to you via email upon receipt of deposit.

balance

The balance is due at the beginning of the class if paying by check and one week before the class starts if paying with a credit card.

early-bird special

Receive your early-bird special by paying your deposit one month prior to the event. you will be charged the full price if we receive your deposit less than four weeks before the start of class.

note: Events in nm require us to add 7.625% state sales tax.

refund policy

Administration fees are $30.

Any "balance" payments, in excess of required "deposits", are refundable.

  • Refunds prior to a month before the class: � the deposit refunded, less administration fee.
  • Refunds less than one month before class: deposits are non-refundable.

Once class has begun, all tuition payments (deposits + balances) are non-refundable. If a class is canceled beforehand due to some emergency or if an act of god requires cancellation in the middle of the class, all deposit and tuition payments will be refunded, but the student is responsible for the costs of canceled or re-booked travel arrangements, and for any other additional travel and accommodation costs incurred by the cancellation.

transfer of deposits to another class

Deposits may be transferred only to other 3 day classes.

Deposits may only be transferred once.

  • Transfer prior to one month before the class: 1/2 of deposit transferred, less administration fee.
  • Transfer less than one month before the class: the deposit is non-transferable.

exceptions, children & teenagers, and repeaters

Tuition for children & teenagers under 18 years old is 25% off.

Repeaters for any class receive 10% off, if there is space.
